Cancellation Policy:

Customer Cancellations: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation, rescheduling, or amendment of a booking. Failure to provide reasonable grounds for cancellation may result in the customer being liable for recovering all reasonable losses incurred.

If cleaners arrive at the property and are unable to gain entry due to absence or lack of utilities (water/power), the customer agrees to pay the full quoted amount.

Anderson Cleaning Services Ltd. Cancellations:


We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if:

- Our cleaners face verbal or physical abuse or discrimination.
- Cleaning conditions are inadequate (e.g., presence of builders, removal men, or lack of water/power).
- The customer misrepresents any facts/information about the property.
- The property poses a hazard to the health and well-being of our cleaners.
