Customer Satisfaction.

If the customer is not completely satisfied with a cleaning job, Anderson Cleaning Services Ltd will re-clean any areas and items to customer’s satisfaction as long as it is possible to do so. Therefore, the customer must allow the cleaner to return to the property.

Customer must be always present during the re-clean and at job completion.

A re-clean will be subject to an additional charge of at least £50 if the re-clean was due to no fault of Anderson Cleaning Services Ltd
